If you have opted to have custom-built HTML for your email templates, please adhere to the required dimension sizes for your email art (width x height)*:

Promos Medium 2x1 (315 x 150)
Promos Small 3x1 (206 x 200)
Promos Small 4x1 (152 x 150)
