How to Stop an In-Progress Send or Cancel a Scheduled Send
1. Log in to the Marketing Cloud application.
2. From the app switcher, select Email.
3. Go to Tracking > Sends.

4. Select the job you'd like to cancel or stop.
5. Click 'Cancel Send'.*

*Clicking 'Cancel Send' will both stop and cancel a send that is in progress. So, you cannot resume the send. You will need to reschedule the email.
🏆Best Practice: Be sure to delete the Canceled Send so it does not show in your tracking reports.
How to Pause an In-Progress Send
1. Log in to the Marketing Cloud application.
2. From the app switcher, select Email.
3. Go to Tracking > Sends.
4. Select the job you'd like to pause.
5. Click 'Pause Send'.*

*When you're ready to resume the send, you can click "Resume Send" and the email deployment will continue where it left off.
